INFORMATION:He presides over the fifth (present) world age, personified by the sun Ollin and destined to end in a cataclysmic earthquake. He is the ruler of the fourth of the thirteen heavens known at the time of the Spanish conquest, also called Ilhuicatl Tonatiuh (the heaven of the sun). In other texts, specifically the codices Borgia, Cospi and Fejevary-Mayer, he is depicted as a temple deity.
